To support remote participation, we offer a Video Conferencing (VC) option that enables presenters to share their research and engage in discussions virtually
How It Works
- Submit your presentation slides (PPT) in advance.
- Download the Zoom application on your mobile phone, laptop, or tablet.
- Create a Zoom account at www.zoom.us.
- You will receive a meeting invitation containing the Zoom link, Meeting ID, and password.
- Before joining the session, please ensure your camera, audio, and internet connectivity are properly set up.
- During the session, you may share your screen to present your work.
- You may exit the meeting once your presentation is completed.
Note:
⏱️ Maximum presentation time is 10 minutes.
